Congratulations to Bellurgan National School Boys who qualified for the Louth Schools Final on Saturday, 17th October. Following victories in the earlier rounds against Ardaghy N.S, St Lawerences N.S Omeath and Rathcór N.S they took on Stabannon N.S in the Final in O’Connell’s Castlebellingham. Unfortunately however, they came up against a strong Stabannon team on the day and lost out. It was a tremendous achievement for the boys to reach this stage and already this dedicated and committed group are looking forward to the 7’s competition in the Spring.
