  • Sergeant Lucchesi and Private Smith Visit Bellurgan N.S

    On Thursday 5th November Sergeant Lucchesi and Private Smith from Aiken Barracks Dundalk visited our school as part of the 100 year anniversary of the 1916 Rising which takes place next Spring.   • Boys’ Team Reaches Louth Schools’ Final

    Congratulations to Bellurgan National School Boys who qualified for the Louth Schools Final on Saturday, 17th October. Following victories in the earlier rounds against Ardaghy N.S, St Lawerences N.S Omeath and Rathcór N.S they took on Stabannon N.S in the Final in O’Connell’s Castlebellingham.     On Wednesday 26th August, Staff members from Bellurgan N.S were invited into the Department of Nursing Midwifery & Health Studies ,DKIT to participate in a Heartsaver AED training course.
